All products are shipped via UPS.
Once your order has been processed it may take up to 3 days for your package to be shipped. There will be a few times a year in which this time between processing and shipping may take longer; it is because we are in Italy ensuring the olive oil production is up to our standards. If we are away and processing will take longer you will receive an email with an estimated date of arrival, as soon as we return your order will be shipped. Checking on our producers and our oil is worth waiting for :)

In an effort to minimise wasteful shipping, we ask that all customers be sure they read through the descriptions of the products they are buying before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing an item, please don’t hesitate to reach out on social, or through the “Contact” button below. We’re a small business and we want to ensure you love our products as much as we do.

We offer a 30 day return or exchange for unopened products. We sell food items that are perishable, therefore once they have been opened we can no longer accept them for returns.
The cost of returns is the consumer's responsibility.
A full refund or credit will be awarded equal to the price of the product (not including shipping) when we receive the item.
If the product arrives damaged or does not taste right please contact us immediately so we can investigate the problem, we want to ensure you receive the best quality product.
